COACHING

Whether you need an accountability coach to keep your writing routine on track, a cheerleader for your 30/30, or if you’ve hit a wall with where a project might go next, and could benefit from some tailor made prompts, I can help you over these speed bumps that can occur.
MANUSCRIPT
MIDWIFERY
After a thoughtful close read, I’ll offer feedback on your manuscript at the line level, as well as provide some observations about themes and trends I notice in your work.

Creativity Coaching, Mentoring, Weekly Touch Bases & More…

What do you and your Muse need most? What would best serve your poetic life and writing project where it’s at right now?

Would you benefit from a one-on-one discussion of a craft book to brush up on your skills and extend its reach with prompts?

Do you just need someone to push you to keep going on a weekly basis, and to help you make sure that you find time for your muse? Need help expanding a current project into the works which has reached a poetic cul-de-sac?

Let’s talk! <3

Sarah Ann Winn

I’m the founder of Poet Camp, and I’m a practicing poet, teacher and free range librarian living in Northern Virginia. My first book, Alma Almanac, won the Barrow Street Book prize in 2017. I’m the author of five chapterbooks, and have been published in Kenyon Review Online, Massachusetts Review and Tupelo Quarterly, and many other journals online and in print.
I started Poet Camp to help others in their poetry journeys, and to build community, and this has taken on a new and delightful form during the pandemic in the form of classes, craft popups and Cozy Writing Retreats, as well as Jumpstarts offered online once a quarter. I hope you’ll join us!
